Wedding Catering

For the most special celebration of all, let me give you and your guests a meal to remember. Totally personal to you, and very special to me, I work closely with you to create your perfect feast.

Cakes, macarons and more

Sweet treats, picnic baskets, showstoppers and conversation starters, those finishing touches that make a day extra special. Also perfect as a gift or a surprise to put a smile on a loved one’s face.

Setting The Scene

From start to finish, let me take the stress out of entertaining.

Hiring in crockery, cutlery, equipment and a whole range of other things, I can leave you to enjoy the occasion.

OLIVIA TRIM

Having had my passion for food ignited by a local restaurant where I worked as a waitress, I went on to train as a Cordon Bleu chef. Training in a classically French style, I have taken the skills learnt and adapted them to create a modern twist on the classics. Focusing on your preferences and style I aim to create a truly bespoke service from start to finish.

THE KITCHEN

For food to be delicious, the preparation is as important as the service. My kitchen is in beautiful Canterbury and my suppliers are local to the area. With meat from Laszlo at Fern & Farrow farmshop, The Fish Stall at The Goods Shed, speciality game from Turner’s Game and fruit and veg from local farm shops or homegrown, the food miles are kept as low as can be.

Just One Cook is proud to have been given a 5 star food hygiene rating by Canterbury City Council.
